Warm Crumbly Peach Pie!

1 Cup of sugar
1/4 Cup flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 Cup butter (1 stick)
1 recipe for plain pastry or 2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts (1 pkg.)
4 large fresh peeled peaches (when in season)
1/4 Cup water

Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg. Cut in butter until “crumbly”. Sprinkle half the crumb mixture in the pastry-lined pie pan. Arrange peach slices-add crumbs on the top plus leftover peach slices. Cover with remaining crumbs and “lattice-style” pie crust topping. Pour water slowly over and into the pie (avoiding the crust). Bake in oven (450 degrees) for 14-15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
