This is an easy soup to make and a great soup for fall! Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups chicken broth 15 oz pumpkin puree 1/2 onion, chopped 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp cajun seasoning 1/2 cup heavy cream Directions: Sauté the onion and garlic in a little olive oil until the onion is translucent. Heat first five ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until soup is fully blended.
