This is a nice light tea with an adaptable recipe. It can be divided or multiplied, the amount of sugar can be adjusted depending on taste and the peach nectar can be played with. Ingredients: 2 family-size tea bags 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves 2/3 cup sugar 3 cups peach nectar Directions: Bring 8 cups water to boil in a large saucepan. Pour boiling water over tea bags and basil in a pitcher, cover and steep for 6 minute. Remove tea bags and basil. Add sugar; stirring until dissolved. Stir in peach nectar.
